Complete Slacker is a professional slacker by nature, office slave by day.
I like to avoid working at all costs while I’m at work. Why? Well, I have a job that I hate, which I have to keep to pay the bills - at least until I find one that pays me more to be a slacker. And I’m over-educated and underpaid.
A few years ago, I had 8 different jobs within the span of one year. And none of them overlapped. I have gotten paid for time off to go to a funeral of a dead relative at several jobs, when in reality I was taking an impromptu vacation to NYC to see The Corrs. Getting paid to take trips like that is schweet.
I’ve made up my own doctor’s notes and funeral papers to ensure that I have gotten paid for time off. And it worked every time!
I have a Bachelor’s in English & Journalism, with a minor in Poli Sci and in Dec 2006 I finished up my MBA.
I’m still working a crappy $15 an hour temp job. I’m looking for a high-paying need-an-MBA-job, so that I can make twice as much to be a slacker.
And I recently became a single mother when I invented a child so that I could take off a half-day of work without getting in trouble - I had to to pick up a sick son ya see.
