No one else had made up a kid for work?
Really? A few days ago I asked a simple question. Has anyone else made up a kid for work? And no one has responded! Have none of you really done this before? I can’t be the only one! Or did you do it and just not get away with it? Spill it people!

I’d never consider this as it breaks the first rule of skiving off: Keep it simple.
Once you’ve conjured up your imaginary offspring you will have to tell more lies in the future to maintain the original lie. It’s far better to use a household emergency or sickness excuse than something you can very easily be caught out on in the future.
