CareerBuilder recently did an article on what they thought were amusing late excuses. Actually, what is amusing is that someone thought these excuses would work.
A gurney fell out of an ambulance and delayed traffic.
Yikes. I think you could actually get away with this one if you showed up to work acting all freaked out. Of course, shouldn’t the EMTs know how to lock doors? So maybe this is a retarded excuse after all.
