Slacker must-have gadget: Anti-glare or privacy screen
At my current temp job a lot of the employees have some of those anti-glare things on their screens. But this is the oddest thing – you can’t see their screen. It seems that you have to be sitting right in front of the computer screen to be able to see what is up on the screen. This is genius for slackers! How awesome would it be to have a screen that the boss could not see when they were walking by your desk! They would literally have to stand right next to you to see what you were doing.
Apparently this type of screen is called a privacy screen. If you click on the link you can see that they are a bit pricey, but it seems so worthwhile! The one in the image below is not exactly like the ones in my office. The ones here make everything look black so that you can’t see anything at all on the screen.
