Slacker tip #117 - watch CBS at work, use ‘boss button’
Ah, you gotta love it when others enable your slacking at work. The latest people to help out us slackers in our pursuit to get paid to do nothing is CBS. Yes, that CBS. Like all of the major networks, CBS has episodes of some of their shows on their website. And they want to you watch them at work! (and so do I)
I first read about this on blog Think Smarter, but apparently there is a “boss button” on the CBS video player. When you click that button the video you are watching pauses and your screen changes to look like a blank email. How sweet is that? You can see a screen cap of this by clicking on the Think Smarter link above because I am too lazy to do a new one for you guys.
Kudos to CBS for helping slackers everywhere get their dose of Numb3rs and CSI: NY.
