Yes, that right, we have a fake doctor’s note that looks so real it actually works.
If you are a new reader, you might have missed it. You can find the original post with the download here. Since that post, we have gotten loads of feedback on the note. Multiple people in different states have used the note with success for both work and school. And not all of them are related to us.
This is as authentic as you can get - unless you actually pony up the cash to go to the doctor when you aren’t even sick just to get an excuse note. And why would you do that? You’ve got a perfectly good doctors note right here. If you really want to pay for your doctor’s note, we have you covered for that too. Speaking of God, this fake doctor’s note is so damn good, that Jesus himself would use it if he were around. Maybe he wouldn’t want to deal with walking on water today or healing the blind. He could just print out this note, relax with a little water turned into wine and he’d be set. But for now, our friend Jesus in New Mexico swears by this note.
