Slacker notes: No PCD at my J-O-B
I spend a lot of time on the internet at work, so I am well versed in WebSense categories and what not.
I know if I try to click on MSN music news that it will be blocked due to “mp3 downloads” or something similar. But today I encountered a new category. Apparently, the category of ‘provocative attire’ is blocked here. I found this out when I was searching for a photo of the Pussycat Dolls. See for yourself here.
I have to wonder what exactly are the parameters for something being classified as provocative attire? I mean, maybe women’s feet is what does it for me, and looking at photos of feet in nice black pumps is what I want to do online all day and I could care less about PCD. The funny thing is that someone actually got paid to compile a list of sites that are ‘provocative attire’ - now how do I get THAT job?
