A vision of loveliness
There is nothing quite as beautiful to a slacker like myself than starting a new job and seeing your boss sitting on various co-workers desks throughout the day just chatting. Nothing work related, just mindless chatter.
New temp job - we’re going to have a wonderful relationship. What’s that? I’ll have unrestricted internet access and a window? And I can work whatever hours I want? Oh, new temp job how I love you.
As you can see, the new temp job I started today is a slacker’s dream…
1. A boss that seems to promote a work-free environment.
2. Internet access, specifically job functions that involve use of the internet so having IE in your taskbar won’t be suspect.
3. A window for daydreaming when the internet connection is down.
4. Flex-time hours, meaning you can choose to be at work when most people are not.
